Set on a flat 136 m²lot, this compact-footprint home was designed across three levels with a distinctive brutalist and minimalist approach. A central void was created as the breathing core of the house, bringing views, natural ventilation, and natural light into the interior spaces. 

Upon entering, the entrance and stair circulation are defined by a triple-height space, creating a sense of openness within the home. The residence feels welcoming while conveying a sober character, shaped by the exposed concrete facing the interior spaces.
